We also are happy to see emails because of course we can't answer phone all the time, please send an email to . Give us a day to get back to you though as we may not have time right away to respond. Anything more than that though and send off another one, can't be too careful with spam filters and the second one might make it through. We have no problem with being persistant like that! It's within both of our best interests to make contact as soon as we can.
